Yes. Get the Hardfloor X-Mix from the mid-90s especially.
But I don't think of either that or Warp Influences as sounding much like Ex:El, which is more difficult to place.

I voted Ninety as it has the purest naive futuristic aesthetic ("welcome to techno citay!") - unsullied by self-conscious collaborations (with people I usually love). Utd State 90, with it's three versions of Pacific is even better.
