Looks like retaliation for City reporting them for racist monkey-noise chanting. It's kind of staggering that they a) would rather deny it took place than try to do anything about it, b) would come up with such a lame 'explanation' (it was City fans shouting 'Kun Kun Kun' at a player who wasn't playing at the time), and c) think that an amusing song about the Incredible Hulk somehow makes it evens.
