i arrived late, but it's gotta be 'the cell'. that song is impossibly fresh and vital, and has restored my faith in hearing something truly extraordinary emerge from the whole neo-soul thing.

the cell just confused me for the longest time. i love the future-doo-wop backing vocals on the chorus.
