The biggest problem is that you can't save the gifs directly to your phone. What happens is that you create your gif and then kinotopic sends you an email with a link to a social page featuring it and a direct link to the gif itself.

You can mark gifs private. You don't have to view anyone else's. It does set up a profile that anyone can see, but I don't have much of a problem with that, especially since it's under pplains and I keep my titles pretty vague.

Worth the price.

it so far is a bit weird about 'social,' i wish i could just follow friends and turn it off for anyone else, but you can only see the whole firehose feed or top-rated ones, it doesnt even tell u if yours are favorited.

its basically ripping off instagram's whole steez w/o the stuff that makes instagram 'sticky'

There's a little "switch" that you probably have to swipe across each time to make it private (the default is public), but it's easy to find and right under the other switches that reverse and stabilize the gif.
