That's how I felt - first time I heard it I knew it'd be a classic for me.

It feels almost perfect but, then, I do spend much of my life hankering to be by the sea.

Think there was scope for a more imaginative expanded version.

Wish they weren't calling it the Jubilee edition, even if intended ironically.

I saw them in February and they were excellent. Just the two of them, no backing band or anything. Played the whole album all the way through, no interruptions except for polite applause between tracks. Really beautiful. They then played some of KC's back catalogue, a couple of covers (Nothing Compares To You & The Only Living Boy In New York), and JH played Small Memory from his last album on the piano. Funny moment in the second half when JH told KC that his guitar wasn't in tune, which led to KC playing chords and notes, and JH replying on his piano to demonstrate his perfect pitch. Great night, really enjoyed it.

It's hard to complain about patchiness when you can fill 3-4 discs with outstanding songs. I've been finding new songs I like on Bombshell today. And the title track is a lot more fascinating than I remembered it.
I'm one of those guys sharing 18 full length albums on slsk
