They've converted that firehouse they lived in into a rec center IIRC; I did a recording session in Church of the Advent, which is a block down the street, a few years ago and was going "why does this all look so familiar WAIT A SECOND THAT'S THE RW HOUSE" on my way there. It was a canny location; you can barely see the house at all from the main street but it's massively present and perfect for those sweeping exterior shots once you get on the side street.

I am late for the Beth portion of the thread, but I think I saw Beth from RW:LA in a TV commercial once. I don't remember what the commercial was for but I think she was one of a group of party guests (no lines or closeups).
And do you remember there was an episode where she'd had headshots taken and they were really awful?

The orange-looking chick in the last one was this little blonde girl from my school. I think i saw her at a hockey game or two.

Hawaii cast member Tecumseh "Teck" Holmes III appeared in National Lampoon's Van Wilder.

Chicago cast member Kyle Brandt’s acting career includes starring in the soap opera Days of our Lives. His castmate Tonya Cooley also appeared on an MTV special of True Life: I'm a Reality TV Star.

Las Vegas castmembers Trishelle Cannatella and Steven Hill appeared in the horror film Scorned. Cannatella herself has also appeared on other reality shows, such as The Surreal Life, Battle of the Network Reality Stars, and Kill Reality, the latter of which also featured Hill and Cooley. Hill, along with housemate Alton Williams, hosts a radio show.

Sean Duffy of the Boston cast served several terms as the Attorney General of Ashland County in Wisconsin, and in November 2010 was elected to the United States House of Representatives, winning the seat as a Republican in Wisconsin's 7th Congressional District.[14] Mike Mizanin has also found fame as a WWE wrestler wrestling under the name "The Miz," a character he first debuted during his season on The Real World and has since won the WWE Tag Team Championship, the WWE United States Championship, and the WWE Championship.

Dozens of former cast members from The Real World and its sister production Road Rules have appeared on the spin-off series The Challenge, which pays $100,000 or more to its winners. Various cast members have also earned livings as public speakers, as Bunim-Murray Productions has funded their training in motivational speaking by the Points of Light Foundation since 2002, allowing them to earn between $1,500 and $2,000 for an appearance on the college lecture circuit.[15]

Andif I remember correctly her real name was Margaret and she started calling herself Kaia after a trip to Africa.

I remember thinking that had I lived in that house, I would have either pulled a Ruthie and drank myself into rehab or a Justin and attempted to make my roommates destroy each other

She seemed to really relish being mean to Amaya after Amaya did whatever she did that justified everyone being mean to her.
And then she decided she "liked" Matt.

I remember Amaya saying some stupid shit about Ruthie at the beginning but watching her go from being "the vain popular girl" to "crying target of unearned ire" was really difficult to watch; Ruthie's behavior/support in the midst of all of that given the shit that happened earlier really made me love her more.

TECK IS HOSTING HOLE IN THE WALL NOW

Yes, Ruthie definitely ended up being the most admirable and likable of that cast. The others (except Teck, I think) were obviously enjoying ganging up on the weak one and being able to "justify" it.

Oh man, I loved RealWorldSucks. Never watched the show, only the recaps which treated the participants with the scathing derision they deserved.
