I didn't have real access to cable television until I was in college, and even then didn't really see TRW until 2000. So thanks for cluing me in that New Orleans was the last decent one, guys, because that was the first I saw :(

Homophobic guy who was in gay porn was a slow-burn until they figured it out. I think a couple seasons ago they had a guy who had an alcoholic mother he hadn't seen in years, and he managed to get in a bar fight and get his face broken in the first episode.

speaking of things i probably watched for less-than-pure reasons: the sweet valley high tv show.

CA Dreams - their band used to perform in a diner or something but I can't remember why.

I find a certain amount of frustration that I can't find the clip from MTV's "Sex In The '90s" of Lou Barlow sitting in a dark room queening out about his lady cheating on him.
