I feel bad for balls. Seemed legitimately unaware of this thread as well as whether it was an actual authority over people being allowed to start a ballot poll. He didn't take Karen seriously off the bat and his thread gets locked pretty quick. Sucks if he truly was innocently trying to start the ballot for fun.
