Mine just showed up after I gave them a second credit card number. It came with free pc protection software so I think it was worth it.

Iatee, you can keep people out of the huddle. For instance, our IRE huddle leaves most of the new people out of the loop if they don't get their hands on the huddle-code (the one Grady posted up here but a mod surely will delete soon).

You give your credit card info for the email with the secret link to google plus. You can get google plus invites that way.

How can I prove that I'm human and not a bot? Well this registration process has been quite bizarre so far and I'm about to think it is a scam. Anyway I have a one-page Facebook page that is completely locked down with no "friends", no wall, just my name, email and linked to my own website. I basically keep it just to have a picture linked to my real name. I'm very curious about how Google+ has addressed social networking and especially privacy control and data removal. This is why I requested an invitation. I'm planning to test it and see how easy it is to configure, load and unload. Merci beaucoup. Alphazo

what's with all these people disparaging Facebook? if you can't stay loyal to one social network then imho you don't deserve to be on any of them.
