The implication there is that surgery makes you a bad female. In a society where surgery is so available, avoiding it becomes a political, not a practical, measure. To imply that getting "work" done makes you less of a woman is insensitive and, actually, kinda stupid.

I think it's ridiculous to reply (to her friend) that you, a poster, like small breasts. Some like'em small, some like'em big. It doesn't so much matter what one particular person thinks, just what she feels. She wasn't going from tiny boobies to superbazookas (which, if I recall correctly very few surgeons would give her). That said, there are a lot of dangers to it (fucking up immune system, leakage, nipple insensivity,...).

I wonder what she did. Did she have'em done or not?
