Whether it qualifies or not is irrelevant, but I'd be surprised if it didn't place given that a big pop song like Summertime is also here.

Wouldn't want to bet on anything making number one but, if pressed, would probably go for Regulate.

i wouldn't be surprised if "The World Is Yours" ends up being the only Nas on this list. there's stronger consensus about his post-Illmatic singles but none of them were going to get to the top 25.

How big a deal was Made You Look? I always thought that was possibly the strongest single he released.
