shaking my head at people who sbanned frogbs based on his contributions to the OBL thread. he was no more responsible for the OBL thread derail than about a half dozen other posters, didn't resort to nasty personal attacks (unlike, say, mh and a hoy hoy and their uncalled-for "rapist" namecalling) and seems to've committed no greater offense than being on the unpopular side of an off-topic debate that, again, a bunch of other people took part in without being censured.

fwiw i didn't sb him but he's put together a bit of a portfolio of late.

Yeah I don't think it was just his bin Laden opinions that sealed the deal.

x-post - HM - I was paraphrasing a response Horseshoe made to a post where he said something about there not being any real life lesbians that he considered attractive. I can't remember what thread it was on now. It would have been better had there been a thread where he'd literally made every post about his boners. At least that would have had some genuine comedic potential.

the real-life lesbians thing in the cheating thread was the wtf moment, but if you ctrl-f his display name...everything he said is kind of suspect.

important to note that frogbs said "sb me" somewhere in that thread

Actually Shakey, I'm kind of in the same boat. I have seen some attractive ones in nightclubs but I kind of suspected they were just pretending to be lesbos to get attention. All the ones that I have "confirmed" are kind of, well, you said it. That's why I don't think this guy is lying about it. Not that they don't exist period, Portia de Rossi is very much vrooom vrooom

I've probably SB'd less than 5 ppl ever - it's not something I do often. At first I was like - ok this guy isn't THAT bad - but then he just got really irritating and I couldn't help myself anymore.

Which is just to say that I'd venture to guess he had plenty of SBs racked up before the OBL thread.

people here encourage these dudes too much. every once in a while a new troll/sock puppy comes into the house and when they get too unruly they're put down. but i feel like they do get encouragement and stick around longer and longer.
