also, I got the Black Masses double-lp for Christmas!! I wish I had heard it on vinyl on a proper stereo before I voted or it would have been a couple notches higher on my ballot.

that's an ok list but putting Kylesa at 25 and the new Agalloch at 33 is ridiculous... both of those are definitely top 10 albums.

As I said on the other thread, the Agalloch was out quite late so it didn't have time for it to sink in with a lot of writers. the el wiz was different because british legendary band etc would have been anticipated. Agalloch do not have that profile.
dj mencap im sure will be able to tell us when the list deadline was.
