That would be amazing. Rub-n-Tug easily the best party DJs in NYC right now. They have that special DJ 6th sense that allows them to know what tune the crowd wants to hear next before the crowd does. Every time I've seen them everyone in the room has been dancing like crazy.

how often does he play hawaii? and what island? i'm going to maui in august

the question is: how is hawaii otherwise? i'm interested... cuz that sounds all right.

otherwise, hawaii is great. for a city of just over a million people, honolulu has quite a lot to offer... and the countryside, beaches, mountains, rainforests and all that are just a few minutes away. its no new york or london, but it suits me fine so far.

My wife and I are planning to goto his hawaiin New Years Party this year , before going back home (to the phillipines) visit.

phil mison was there too, and they kind of tag-teamed saturday nite at the club and sunday afternoon on the beach. i hadn't heard phil before but really i liked his style. i guess he's famous for chill out stuff but he was playing disco bangers and totally working the party saturday nite. really fun stuff.

anyone go to xoyo last night in london? thought he was brilliant - best i've seen him maybe. the usual harvey low slung faintly rock inflected stuff and a few classics. laid back's fly away, eighth wonder's i'm not scared, moroder - i wanna rock you, etc.

i might go to another one, he's playing the next three saturdays.

ah if it's as good as saturday you'll have a good time. i had heard bad things about xoyo (i rarely go clubbing in london) but it was fine. was nice to be able to buy craft beer in a club too.

i realise i'm like rolling harvey disciple but... anyone see him in london last night? he was the best i've seen him i think. amazing!

i saw him in miami a couple weeks ago and he was great. he played stop bajon as a peak time track at like 3am and it was perfect

That Live At Rumors mix sounded lovely sitting in the sunshine with a gin at the weekend, it's maybe a bit more conventionally "dance music" than I would expect from him though

i think it is conceptually interesting selling mixes on Bandcamp and I kind of hope it becomes more of a thing. I gave up scrolling after a while but it looks like a few thousand poeple went for this.

trainspotting trigger alert... but harv opened a set last weekend in nyc with this and in the moment, after 18 months without stepping foot on a dancefloor or hearing really loud music, it could not have been more right.
