yeah i went to a new place today and the guy was a good balance of chat and cut. bit awkward to begin with then it turned out he liked techno so we had a good comfortable records chat saving me from an initial "so saturday must be a busy day for you guys" conversational hellhole.

i don't think completely shaved heads are ever a good look but it'll grow back soon enough, i guess

i sorta have to talk to people cutting my hair, just cannot tolerate the alternative. the whole process is pretty intimate, and to have no conversation at all is fucking creepy, you're staring into a mirror while someone gropes around your head.

i guess it helps that i usually can't see the mirror with my glasses off!
