The corner of Turk & Eddy in the 'Loin is "Pill Corner" but I think they have a little heavier-duty shit than your fun-time pills. Be very careful, though... Lot of riff-raff also sell shit where Haight ends at Golden Gate Park.

my two fave places are Swan's and Tadich, some might say "boring olde school", but to me it's comfort and perfect execution. B patisserie >>> tartine imho.

this is one of those weird weeks where there are more shows I am "interested" in going to in San Francisco than in Oakland. Rarely the case anymore, except for 80s reunion shows (like the Adam Ant show I missed last week).
