one year passes...
when i graduated from high school my dad bought me a cd boombox and my brother let me steal lots of CDs from the record store he worked at in the mall. got talk talk, monochrome set, some garage comp called Highs Of The 60's, shriekback, and a bunch of other stuff (I had never really heard CDs before) including the two ryko steal this disc comps. this is the one i played a lot:
