guys, i think i may have seriously fucked my neck, and i'm not sure how. wednesday: woke up fine, about 30 mins later it was sore and got worse through out the day, jordan massaged it, slept fine; woke up thursday, it felt fine, 30 mins later it's seizing up again. massaged it again last night, slept fine. woke up this morning in agony and can barely turn my head.

Stress? I often have issues there when stressed.

I would try getting something like Ben Gay or Icy Hot and applying that to the area while lying down. If the problem persists into tomorrow, see a doctor.
