I looked on the dmb fan site and this thread is on there and whoever said that dmb fan have bad grammar I couldn't find one error in spelling.

Alec, spelling and grammar are two different things. The grammar of the sentence you've written here, for example, is atrocious, although there aren't any misspelt words in it.

Maybe an artist shouldn't be held accountable for the irritating behavior of his/her fans, and from what I've read it doesnt seem like Dave Matthews himself would hold any views like that. But it's not easy to separate.
