will be in raleigh until 7/31. well, we visit nashvegas in a week or so and go to clevetown in july too, but ... our official residence won't change til then.

Never heard of these guys before, but I'm listening to a song they did recently with Steve Hillage and System 7 that sounds pretty good, "Hinotori".

I haven't heard much since Tonic 2001, seems like they're still putting stuff out regularly though. Anyone into them?

two weeks pass...

It's strange how little they're known here (especially given how big they are in Japan!). you'd think a lot of the prog/freak/kraut club would be into the man-driven trance thing. good lord do I wish other post-rock bands sounded like this (at least, on occasion!) - been playing Pyramid all week and it's like - 30 minutes where things build and progress normally, then 15 more as if to say "what if this just kept getting faster and more intense?". Reminds me a bit of the crazier bits of Magma records!
