Well, ln(-1) = natural logarithm of -1 is an imaginary number (or doesn't exist, depending). Mr. Stick Guy is missing her so much that he sends her postcards to a nonexistent address because he feels like she doesn't actually exist. The oak st. part doesn't mean anything.
