is there a name for the dress that maggie wears in that photo?

It's called a cheongsam, and is associated with China/Taiwan/Hong Kong. Geishas are Japanese, so they would wear a kimono.

the (now left) (possibly due to my pervage) cutest girl in the office used to wear the cutest bobble hat, and a kinda matching pastel blue and white striped scarf and grey medium length jacket OMG. she was practically asking me to give her a hug so she can keep me warm. and then once i'm warmed up the clothes can come off. phwore.
