i made gumbo for four and it was enough to get three extra meals out of today (for three different people, incl me!)plus leftover rolls and tons of pie
didn't cook anything broadly trad this year, only personally trad and it was the best thanksgiving decision i've ever made!

Back when we actually got a shitfuck idiot bird turkey for thanksgiving it always seemed to me that the only acceptable post thanksgiving sandwich was made with turkey salad
That's cause turkey is inedible without mayonnaise
