I would add that some of the girls seem like they may be doing porn (or quasi-porn) for the first time...monica seems pretty genuine in her initial hesitance, and her pleas to make sure no one outside the van ever sees the tapes. My guess is that some of the girls have for one reason or another (perhaps curiosity + economic need?) decided to give it a go, but weren't told the full story, particulary the mass distribution of the video being shot. No doubt the papers they were required to sign contained some boiler-plate clauses making future legal action a non-option. And, of course, appropriate medical tests were performed on all participants, as indicated in the FAQs...hence the frequent absence of condoms (birth control likely via pill or some other female contraceptive). But the rest of them, like Rene and Alex, are seasoned strippers and/or escorts.
As to the shoots being scripted, other that general instruction to make it look like a spontaneous pick-up, I doubt anything else is predetermined, at least from the woman's side. Anyone who's done any dramatic work (I've written for stage and worked with actors) can tell you that memorizing even a few lines can take time...there's no way these chicks are "acting." A lot of the psychological interplay (and a lot of the sexual stimulation) seems real.
Sanchez is indeed the most annoying man on the internet. Rocky was bang on...Sanchez is a total "Jar Jar." The guy goes way, way overboard in his director/dominator role, and absolutely ruins the hottest moments with his constant yammering and that nails-on-a- chalkboard cackle. I wish someone would stuff a cock into his mouth once the sex starts...the videos would improve 100%. This guy has some serious issues with women. Maybe a few of those bangbus dollars can go towards some much-needed therapy.

These guys drive around in a bus, lure ostensibly straight men onto the bus, and then bang them, bringing out their repressed gay desires.
This bus is coming soon to a neighbourhood near you.

I think that some of them are a bit stunned and puzzled as to why he is so mean. When he's done with them, he tells them that he may or may not have a job for them, and shows them the door, not even giving them time to clean themselves up or to put their clothes back on. One of them he calls a 'stupid bitch', and tells her that she was the worse one he ever had. Another one, Naomi (who is also in the bangbus hall of fame), he writes words like 'slut' and 'whore' all over her body, while he is fucking her. What I would like to know is, did Naomi fall prey to the bangbus before or after she went to see this guy. In the bangbus she was spouting all this ghetto talk and was acting like some kind of 'home girl', while this time she came across as more innocent and naive - I don't know what to think, maybe she was just showing off to Sanchez and his crew. All I know is, it ain't acting. I don't think that many women would go through that kind of personal humiliation (and believe me, it is humiliation) for a few bucks. He even told one of them, Precious (his "first filmed conquest"), that she was "stinky". When they ask him why does he need to film it, he says that it's for legal reasons, which makes sense (can you imagine the potential lawsuits), but is also convenient for him, as he can then humiliate them again on the internet, and also make some money for his troubles.
As for the bangbus, whoever said that Sanchez & co are losers need to think again. They are basically 'amateur professionals'. They obviously spend a lot of money spreading the 'bangbus' word, because there are bangbus 'advertising' sites all over the place. This bangbus thing is now an empire - those guys must be multi- millionaires by now. I have seen most of the episodes, and although a few of the girls may be hip to what might be going on, and are probably in the porn industry to some extent, it's clear that most of them definitely are not. The thing is, Sanchez has unique powers of persuasion, not everyone can do what he does - although I must add that I think that he is also bitter and twisted - the kind of guy who pretends to love women, but really hates them. Garak Lamb's post earlier explained it all. Another point that I'd add is that he uses flattery quite a bit, because he knows that it can go a long way with certain females, basically insecure types with low self-esteem. When he gets them to take their tops off, even when their chest is almost as flat as a pancake (as in Reagan's case), he's still gushing "beautiful, beautiful", as if they were the best thing since sliced bread. They do at first come across as harmless college kids, which is part of the trick to get them in the van, and it's clear that they're thinking that they're only going to hang out with some cool guys in a cool van. Now any female with half a brain would not step into any van (with tinted windows) with a bunch of guys, no matter how cool or funny they are. So these bangbus victims are not exactly the smartest chicks in town, unless they're the type who don't really care what happens to them, and who no one else cares about - the Dirty One's favorite kind. A lot of it is down to basic lack of life experience, naivety and common sense - and there are people out there who are willing to take advantage of that.

Now, I've got three suggestions for you:
1) They are obviously pulling in loads of cash, if they are illegitimate, I guarantee that the IRS would have audited them by now. If not, you can contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 for the Criminal Investigation Hotline in your area. Report 'em.
2) Their advertising explicitly states that this is all "real." This is in direct contradiction to the waiver that you must checkmark before you enter the site. Now, if these videos are "real," it is evident that at no time do they ask the girls for their agreement to be filmed in a movie that will be distributed for cost, they are illegally voiding the individual's right to a cut of the profit in the process. This constitutes a violation of the individual's rights to receive reimbursement for their services. If they are receiving reimbursement, then their advertising campaign is clearly false, and therefore they can be investigated by the BBB. Incidentally, if anyone wishes to file a complaint with the BBB, you can find information at this URL: http://www.bbb.org/bbbcomplaints/Welcome.asp
3) They have repeatedly mentioned their affiliation with a University and the fact that they reside in Miami. I believe it would be worth contacting both the University as well as the councilmember or local congressman in Miami, explaining the situation and letting them know that this situation exists and is defiling the reputation of Miami, as well as their educational institution.
4) I think many of their documented statements about hispanics and their actions towards hispanic women might be of interest to certain hispanic organizations. A complete listing can be found at: http://www.hispaniconline.com/res&res/org_ix.html Here are some suggestions:
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HISPANIC JOURNALISTS (est. 1984) PRESIDENT: CECILIA ALVEAR VICE PRESIDENT-PRINT: MARILYN GARATEIX VICE PRESIDENT-BROADCAST: WALTER BALLEZA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: ANNA LOPEZ 1193 National Press Building, Washington, D.C. 20045 Tel: 202-662-7145 Fax: 202-662-7144 1-888-346-NAHJ E-mail: nahj@nahj.org Web site: www.nahj.org

5) Finally, alerting the FBI is never a bad idea, particularly if you mention how easily accessible their clips are for young children.
These are just a few ideas for anyone who is interested, to get a little payback for these sons-of-bitches.
