Not slacker, genius.

Aromatic genius, yes.

Old timey diving suit, complete with one of those huge spherical helmets, with the breathing tube plugged into a large tank of helium, so that I float four feet above the matress and wake up sounding like a tiny mouse.

dan, he doesn't really

cozen (Cozen), Friday, 9 September 2005 13:49 (eighteen years ago) link

Just boxers. Occasionally naked after friskiness, but usually boxers.

For some reason I get really hot in bed (no innuendo intended) and if I wear anything else I wake up soaking with sweat at 4am. Even in the winter.

It is vital, for me to get to sleep, that the room be like an icebox but the bed be lovely and cosy warm. Consequently I cannot sleep in my parents' house because they are LIZARD PEOPLE who need to have heating on all the fucking time, even at 1am.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Friday, 9 September 2005 14:14 (eighteen years ago) link

OTM accent, I never have the heating on in the bedroom and have the window open as late in the year as possible. My dad and sister have impossibly warm houses; such waste.

A toboggan.

I sleep nude, and pretty much stay that way while I am at home as I am a hardcore nudist.

I sleep in a big bed, with my wife.

My mother is one of the Lizard People too. I really miss sleeping with the window open, but my room is right on a main road and it's too noisy.

I am a hardcore nudist.

SO a softcore nudist would wear see-through pyjamas? ;-)

I love sleeping with the window open. Ever since my husband did this, I sleep much better.

underpants

Lupton Pitman (Chris V), Wednesday, 21 September 2005 09:24 (eighteen years ago) link

I like it to be cold in the bedroom & cosy & warm in the bed. I like to put an arm or a leg out of the covers & then when it's cold, you bring it back under the covers & snuggle down. Yes I know I'm weird. My parents house is far too hot.
I usually sleep in my birthday suit, but very occassionally I wear a t-shirt.

Panther Pink (Pinkpanther), Wednesday, 21 September 2005 09:27 (eighteen years ago) link

No, actually it's much healthier to sleep in a cold room.

my mom likes it freezing cold, with the window wide open even in the dead of winter. i'm not a lizard person -- i don't like heat as much as i like warmth. i'm happiest when the thermostat is around 77 or 78 degrees fahrenheit.

the tamiflu show (get bent), Thursday, 5 November 2009 07:37 (fourteen years ago) link

I also like my bedroom cold but my bed nice and warm and will crack the window a little even if it's freezing outside and then snuggle under my ridiculously warm down comforter.

To answer original q either tank top and pj pants, a sleepshirt, or flannel PJs in winter.

someone should poll.

Mark G, Thursday, 5 November 2009 09:40 (fourteen years ago) link

I have to wear a white tee-shirt, or I get too cold, even with the blanket around me

囧 (dyao), Thursday, 5 November 2009 10:04 (fourteen years ago) link

not longer naked as my kids like to get me out of bed in the middle of the night on a regular basis. last night first ophelia (she has PINWORMS ARGHHH freaked me out thanks raimi) and then it was elisabeth who kept me awake for more than half an hour. about 5 hrs of sleep is actually not that exceptional

A popular song to sing when its time to put on pajamas along with your significant other, watch a movie and drift off to sleep.

Nothing - but I would probably use boxers if I was the family sort.

Half the time I don't even unmake the bed. I've got this microfleece blanket that follows me from reading chair to bed, and is washed with the bi-weekly laundry.

Deliquescing (Derelict), Thursday, 5 November 2009 21:28 (fourteen years ago) link

boxers when staying over at the family home, otherwise usually nuttin'. Except the last couple of nights I've woken up cold and put a t-shirt on, which when still bottomless feels kinda sleazy for some reason.
