my coworkers spontaneously started calling me 'rembot 10000' and i told 'em no, that name was too familiar to somebody i knew. so they came up with 'remylou harris' which has stuck and is much, much worse.

I wasn't expecting the exploding heads to be quite as graphic as they were but it still lead to a multitude of wtf action scenes (including the gnarliest, most hilarious human shield scene I've ever watched).

'remy' is already a nickname. there is no need for another one (or two). And - while i am on the subject - i also do not appreciate my coworkers comically serenading me with the phantom of the opera song, slightly altered to become 're-e-my stand alone in the street light, has the moon lost its re-e-my' etc.

I am back from the most awesomest festival weekend. My WORD did my standards of hygiene slip. Even I found myself offended by my aroma when I arrived home.

Family road trip to Michigan to visit 1. friends and then 2. family. I do have to resist the impulse to take everything in the house with us.

That sucks. I should try to get to sleep soon, too... since we have to get up early to drive for hours on end. NOT looking forward to the getting up/getting going...

Anyway, the worst thing to do is to stay in bed and keep trying to fall asleep. Never works and it trains your body to keep staying awake in bed.

had a really good end of year review with my boss, i let him tell me how awes I am, then I told him I'm looking for another job. He was really nice about it.

for real it was a big weight off my shoulders telling him.

i had a long and stressful day but i dyed my hair cut and got a really nice FREE hair cut at a fancy salon. but the rest of the day was shit.
