how to get super glue off of my glasses (lens)

Try scraping it off with a plastic item (maybe a comb, picnic-style knife, etc)that's hard enough to scrape but won't scratch the lens. I've gotten Gorilla Glue off of my formica kitchen table that way.

if you have any coatings, call a glasses place first - acetone (which is basically all goo gone is, I think) could ruin them
