also, they are smeared/stuck to some kind sticky orange gunk

this was like when i bought a couple of sega genesis pads once to use with an amiga, they'd been in the rain so i took one apart to dry its inside and it was covered with like hand creme or something. from that day on i can't even look at a genesis pad with out feeling nauseous. take it back and try and get some money off or a free something

How were these pubes not caught? Whenever I've bought used games @ Gamestop, they pull the actual disc out from a file cabinet (w/ the instruction booklet, I think), & place it in the case (either the one I brought up, or some other one they have stashed away).

They should institute some sort of FLUID / HAIR EXAMINATION process when purchasing games from plebes like us.

seriously! they should be handling these things with tongs or those robo-arms that handle hazardous material

most of the offending hairs + mysterious orange substance were in the case with instruction manual. so i'm not too surprised they missed it. there were a few small hairs on the actual disc itself, but i shrugged those off at the time.

the girl working there was nice and dusted off the disc and spruced it up with that scratch-fixing gunk they sell. then i went home and discovered the rest, putting those stray hairs on the disc into a far more sinister context.

I guess I'm gross, but I don't think I would have taken it back. I probably just would have wiped it off.

At age 13 I drew a comic w/a villain who was like the Riddler, but instead of leaving riddles in his wake, he left pubic hairs. His name was Pubic Hair Placer and he was too disgusting for anyone to want to catch so he got away with all manner of dastardly deeds. He looked just like the Riddler but w/little curli-qs all over his suit.
