i ate a huge can of chicken noodle soup and drank a bunch of water and a half gallon of orange juice

i always take a lot of vitamins but im upping the c and b's today, +zinc

i have every possible symptom except fever. i think i have an ear and sinus infection maybe

was certain i had a fever and took my temp...it was colder than normal temp. lol.

im drinking cerasee tea, extremely bitter tasting but highly recommended by local african grocery store

could have sworn sleeping 18 hours per day over the weekend would have snuffed this thing

something that has legitimately helped my sore throat and other symptoms (lymph node swelling went down really fast!) is boiling water then pouring it over turmeric with a little ginger in there. drink a bunch. the steam and heat immediately help you feel better, and the turmeric is v anti inflammatory im told

and then i knocked myself out with some nitetime lem-sip type stuff

turmeric and garlic helped me get over strep last year when i'd run out of antibiotics

i was skeptical but hot water w honey+cinnamon seemed to help last cold i cuted

my sinuses were out of wack this morning and i had to lay back down until all the decongestants kicked in. so dizzy!

running about a gallon of saline up my nostrils twice per day should flush this thing out
