It's called a Fat Mouse Pita. It's chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, french fries, and ketchup deliciously wrapped into a pita. It is the tastiest of sandwiches.

Must be crap Jif or skippy type(no sawdusty health food peanut butter) plus thin amount of mayo or miracle whip and ripe tomato. Ate many of these living at my mom's in my 20s.
