something that has legitimately helped my sore throat and other symptoms (lymph node swelling went down really fast!) is boiling water then pouring it over turmeric with a little ginger in there. drink a bunch. the steam and heat immediately help you feel better, and the turmeric is v anti inflammatory im told

my sinuses were out of wack this morning and i had to lay back down until all the decongestants kicked in. so dizzy!

running about a gallon of saline up my nostrils twice per day should flush this thing out
