Our Repair Dept. has inspected your unit. Upon arrival, the unit wasinoperable because the glass component was completely shattered insidethe chassis. We do not know if you want to file a claim with thecarrier or not. It is up to you. Please advise.
If you do not wish to proceed with the insurance claim and would likeus to repair the unit, the cost for the repair is $55, which includesthe parts to be replaced (heating element, borosilicate glass, meshscreen, rivets) and return shipping costs. Please let us know whetheryou would like us to charge your credit card on file or how you wishto submit payment. You will be emailed a tracking # once the repairis complete and the unit ships.
