guys, i think i may have seriously fucked my neck, and i'm not sure how. wednesday: woke up fine, about 30 mins later it was sore and got worse through out the day, jordan massaged it, slept fine; woke up thursday, it felt fine, 30 mins later it's seizing up again. massaged it again last night, slept fine. woke up this morning in agony and can barely turn my head.

Absolutely, I've had phantom pains appear that were because of something I'd done 2-3 days previously.

i think some kind of previous strain plus perhaps sleeping oddly would do it.

also: spent four hours sitting in front of the tv election night, on a couch that has 'roll-together'.
