yes, it is a cookie with a mound of marshmallow on top completely coated in chocolate. also you can get them with cookie then caramel then marshmallow plus chocolate.

I think we have something similar here - at least without the caramel - but I cannot for the LIFE of me remember what they are called. ;_;
