I dunno. Maybe Pooch Cafe?

I like the character designs in Pooch Cafe.

Over the Hedge annoys me to no end, but I can't put my finger on just what I find so obnoxious about it.

For Better or For Worse

PVP is the king, apart from when it strays into the offensively mediocre ie Kurtz reads a xeroxed comic and goes 'Ewww what awful production values! The people who make these must all be exactly like that one guy I met at that shitty convention in Scranton who was a bit of a dick!'

"Mediocre" should read "benign."

"Fox Trot" used to be my answer, but I'm getting sick of it and I'm about to drop it from my daily list. The new answer will be "Rose Is Rose."

I do feel guilty for getting any perverse amusement out of it (Rock Hardy), Thursday, 3 November 2005 00:35 (eighteen years ago) link

ie Kurtz reads a xeroxed comic

nb. Kurtz also equates $50 hardcovers w/dustjackets and ribbons etc. with xeroxed comics if they are not in colour

Over the Hedge certainly isn't mediocre, I think it's a brilliant satire of consumerism and capitalism.

I know that's the idea, Tuomas, but I just hate it anyway (despite being very sympathetic to the basic premise.)
