The only things I want to do right now are either destructive or self-destructive--scream, cry, break everything within reach, get poisonously drunk, jump the bones of guys I find hot, name and shame the man who dumped me.

I know what this is about. I have very little work, not much more money, the job hunt doesn't seem to be going anywhere, and I seem to be invisible to the men I find attractive. Any advice on how to get rid of this anger and restlessness?

i am experiencing the same thing.. actually most of the ladies i hang around lately are experiencing this.. we were all in really crappy moods today and decided that we are going to party this weekend, all girls nights and lots of fun.. we hope anyways.. bring us out of this funk, let us check out the hot boys we are constintly checking out.. maybe get a little drunk.. :)

Honestly guys, you may not think so, but I think a lot of your anger and depression has a great deal to do with the world around you... I mean... we're at a SHITTY ASS war... the economy sucks, the media sucks, music industries and film indistries suck right now... we're making such shitty media that fucking Chicago won best picture. How sad is that?? A remake of a musical. We have truly hit rock bottom. As for your personal lives, I do not know. I fonde myself angry at everything too and I try to blame everyone but myself... bujt honestly guys, youll never have that "great" relationship with that "great" "attractive" guy until ya clean yerselves up...cause you cant take care of anyone or anything till ya take care of yourself.
