so its pretty much back to normal this morning, thankfully, but sat + sunday my face was not itself. very blotchy, dry, crinkly & crackly. what can you do about this, other than put the lotion on?

is that really it though? because i do all those things but still experience at least one hey i dont recognize myself & not in a good way at all! moment a week

btw i count barraging myself with smoke & booze at least 2X a week as 'loving myself'

Two teaspoons in freezer. Hold them on to your closed eyes in the morning for about a minute et voila, you eyes (and the eyelids) don't look so bad.

Cold shower. Wakes you up and gets skin tingling.

Water. Seriously.

Avoid too much moisturiser as it blocks your pores making you very sweaty meaning you look as bad as you feel.

A tautening gel is good. I appear to have picked up some kind of anti-wrinkle cream from L'Oreal and it gives the feeling of pulling things back in to place. I use it instead of a moisturiser at the moment because I am cheap and think two tubes of stuff would be vanity gone mad!

Avoid greasy food, you're already about to break out so why make it worse?

Wow. I've wasted my youth :(
