Why does that first video psych me out with a cover image from In the Garden?

I'll take In the Garden over the Avengers. But just about anything is better than We Too Are One.

Okay, nothing beats "We're a Winner," but "We Are the One" stands up well, and I like its lyrics better with time.

The riff at the beginning of "We Are the One" has a guitar sound common to California punk. Were the Avengers first with this or did they get that sound from someone else?
