The last six aren't bad at all, but I'm guessing one of the first three is going to win this...

in my old age, i've really gotten into land of the lost and the circle. i play follow blind maybe once a year. but of the first three...sheesh, they all sound great to me. but i might have to go with youth. sadly, i've never heard any of the 90's stuff.

I can't vote here cuz all I've ever had was Youth Of America on tape. But NB it ruled.

It's been years since I really listened to any of these, I recall that "Over the Edge" has a certain maturity to it, and the production has a warmer, peeing in the pool, quality that seemed comforting in it's insecurity.

Also seemed to be a lot there that Cobain nicked, sorta proto-grunge. I know that Pavitt was a huge Wipers fan, and I can bore you at length about that.

kurdt was a huge fan.

Whoa, The Circle has more great songs than I remembered. "True Believer" feeling kinda revelatory today.

Greg Sage's "Straight Ahead" is my favorite Wipers related album after the first 3. It's almost ambient in places.
