Steppas' Delight: THE POLL

oh god i'm going to have to go away and think about this one but i am RINSING the tes la rok mix of 'round the world girls' this week, it just seems so perfect for the muggy, humid nights we've been having.

eventually i'll probably go for 'intensive snare' or 'reminissin'...'broken heart' is amazing but i prefer the martyn mix. 'poison dart' works better on the bug's album than here, but it's pretty special too.

For a genre filled with albums/mixes/12"s that are boring as hell this comp is stuffed with great tracks. Quest and Goth-Trad tracks are both pretty special too.

Have you been to Surya Dub? It's not all dubstep, but it's pretty good. Grime City's also pretty decent, I think (not been in ages) although there are occassionally annoying MCs. I am old and don't go out much so other SFers may know more.

I still have to pick this up. But snippets of the Quest and Silkie tracks make them sound as lovely as I'd hope for. Am I the only one that checks for these guys. :-(
