abigail washburn/sparrow quartet

the only ilm references to abigail washburn appear to be on bonkers m4r1554 threads, which is too bad. she's pretty good, and this new sparrow quartet album has some good stuff on it. seems like it might appeal to art-folkies, joanna newsom fans, i don't know. her chinese/appalchian fusion stuff is way better than most things of that ilk, and the quartet is really good. terrific cello and fiddle players, and i think this is the first setting that i've actually liked bela fleck in. nice tunes, she's a good singer.
