i have a $30 groupon dealie for amoeba. my wish list currently includes tod dockstader's electronic vol. 1 and laurie spiegel's expanding universe reissue. but i can buy both of those digitally, so i don't mind holding off if there are other worthy titles. halp!

The liner notes to the 2CD edition of "The Expanding Universe" are amazing, and IMO really make the physical purchase worth it (6-pg. self-interview + 17 pgs. of notes re: mid-'70s Bell Labs gear/her technical/composistional process written by Spiegel now)

my bf bought the expanding universe, so i will enjoy his copy. couldn't find the other stuff i was looking for.

i bought:

les rallizes denudes - blind baby has its mothers eyes
alvarius b - blood operatives of the barium sunset
v/a - human music (late '80s homestead records comp that i also have a copy of on cassette)
throbbing gristle - heathen earth
v/a - the wire 20 (1982-2002) (3 CDs of wire-ish music)
