this C.O.M.munique just came down the wire.
i'm sure mv wouldn't mind my posting it here:

Tower Harvest with Dredd Foole & Wooden Wand and the Vanishing Voice

hey hey folks.
A very special evening featuring the ONLY 2004 USA performance from the Tower Recordings will be happening in the magic lair of autumn's child on Saturday November 6th at the Montague Grange Hall (34 main street/ Montague, Massachusetts) to celebrate our forthcoming releases on Communion and Child Of Microtones. Joining the 10 strong T.R. orchestra on the evening will be fellow sky pilots Wooden Wand & The Vanishing Voice (up from outer boroughs
of the mind) and one of the pioneer valley’s finest voices Dredd Foole - who will be rejoicing in the glow of his brand new double disc Kissing The Contemporary Bliss also on the C.O.M. label. For more information and advance tix please contact: www.autonomousbattleshipcollective.org
Come kick back with winged lobes and lift one up with the people of the whispering pines as we attempt to raise the roof and supreme being via fender tubes in whitewood.

spirit and free,
mv

Jessica and I won't be there, sadly - no way The Wolf will make it and we priced trains but it's way beyond our price range. Fear not, at least 5 members of the Vanishing V0ice will be there and it'll be awesome

Tower Recordings in their prime were the best live band I've ever seen

along with Dead Moon and Drive By Truckers, that is.

brockdude... i have a final due that monday, so i am undecided. but there is totally the possibility of me being able to score a ride to prov. with my dad, and then could we take YOUR car, brockdude? i have to see if i can get my ass in gear and do schoolwork.

i would love to see TR.

i have no idea how those crazy cats are gettin' up there (none of them have a car) but you can bet it probably involves duct tape, a hairpin and a few magic markers or something. i've seen them perform human rights miracles with much, much less.

seriously though, write them dude, if there's room i'm sure they'd love the company

Roger Fidelity (Roger Fidelity), Sunday, 31 October 2004 07:35 (twenty-one years ago)

i don't know how to get in touch with 'em, though if you'd e-mail me numbers/email addresses, i'll drop 'em a line. i may run into them tonight in halloween festivities, honestly.. i'll be bouncing around the fort awesome area.

Ian John50n (orion), Monday, 1 November 2004 01:08 (twenty-one years ago)

brock (brock), Saturday, 13 November 2004 01:35 (twenty-one years ago)

i did see heidi on halloween but was too drunk and forgot to ask her about the show! damn! i bet it fuckin pwned

Ian John50n (orion), Saturday, 13 November 2004 05:26 (twenty-one years ago)

the 11-member Towerchestra f'n pwned alright. and WW&VV were mindfuckingly good, even in such reduced form. i'm ready to devote myself to them, spirit, flesh, and bone. but i still don't see the appeal of Dreadful.
