This past week I saw Freebird The Movie about Lynyrd Skynyrd and it brought back fond memories. The only other rock band that comes close for me is The Kids Are Alright. What are everyone else's favorites?

Freedbird: The Movie? Is it as long as the record?

Has anyone seen Cocksucker Blues? All I know about it is some of the scenes that were described in DeLillo's "Underworld".

24 Hour Party People is more about Tony Wilson than Joy Division/Happy Mondays, but it's an excellent movie.

i liked hardcore logo, just for its depiction of interband strife.

Cocksucker Blues is sometimes fascinating, sometimes unwatchable. The scene where the band's enrourage practically rape a groupie at 30,000 feet (while Mick and the boys beat on tambourines) is pretty appalling.

I was kinda bummed to find out that Heavy Metal Parking Lot was not included as a bonus on Judas Priest's recently released Electric Eye DVD.
