Anyone see Emma Bunton on Celebrity Street Mate on Friday? Grrrrrr

Seriusly, I never thought of Emma as much of a shag, but when she came out wearing that slinky green number I thought to myself: 'If I was in any sort of position of power in the music industry I would well give her one'.

You'd have to revise some of your opinions over dinner though wouldn't you? Like 'Yes Emma, the Spice Girls were great' (KOFF) and 'Yes Emma, David and Victoria are wonderful' (KOFF, KOFF) and 'Yes Emma, I don't think Mel C is a carpet muncher at all' (KOFF KOFF KOFF).

Before anyone states the obvious - this thread IS sexist for which I takw full responsibility and expect the usual replies...

HA - beatcha all to it!

Calum Robert, Monday, 17 March 2003 11:28 (twenty-three years ago)

At least you stopped sharing your Phil SEX Phantasies are over with for today? Phew!

S Samson, Monday, 17 March 2003 11:30 (twenty-three years ago)

Barely paying attention whilst typing - Classic or Dud?

S Samson, Monday, 17 March 2003 11:32 (twenty-three years ago)

calum do you like Tom of Finland? I do!

h8r, Monday, 17 March 2003 11:35 (twenty-three years ago)

oh this is terrible. i can't bear having the same taste in women as you calum.

di smith (lucylurex), Monday, 17 March 2003 11:59 (twenty-three years ago)

That link takes you to some homosexual art by the way - artisticly, it's pretty good (since you asked).

Mmmmm... Emma in slinky green dress (seriosuly I had about 100 thoughts race through my head when I saw this number).

Calum Robert, Monday, 17 March 2003 12:11 (twenty-three years ago)

i have to say Calum's got a point - the Munton never looked finer than she did in that slinky green number - that guy came across like a bit of a plummy nonce tho eh?

stevem (blueski), Monday, 17 March 2003 13:44 (twenty-three years ago)

Emma Buntn - top 'bird' for not-too-bright heterosexual males.
The type of males who think Jo Guest is genuinely a 'looker' and that Pamela Anderson is actually very sexy. And who found Britney erection inducing dressed as a schoolgirl.
Emma Bunton really is the lowest of the low. Chubby, naff, vapid and with a nasty haircut.
Calum - how do you find time to post on here inbetween your Loaded wankathons?

russ t, Monday, 17 March 2003 13:48 (twenty-three years ago)

who do you like russ, helena bonham carter in fight club? emma is sweet.

minna (minna), Monday, 17 March 2003 14:06 (twenty-three years ago)

chubby? that sounds like the Loaded mentality itself! she's hardly kelly osbourne...

stevem (blueski), Monday, 17 March 2003 14:07 (twenty-three years ago)

I like how Russ, in his rush to expose Calum as a wanker Neanderthal, ended up coming across like a wanker Neanderthal.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 17 March 2003 14:17 (twenty-three years ago)

Emma is very 'nice' but Victoria is a great beauty

dave q, Monday, 17 March 2003 14:22 (twenty-three years ago)

Dan - shouldn't you be brushing your mullet?
Stevem - she HAS got cheeks like a bloody hamster.
Minna-you say 'sweet' like it's a good thing?!
She's so cutesy cutesy she's sickening. But I understand why she would appeal to certain males.

russ t, Monday, 17 March 2003 14:24 (twenty-three years ago)

Emma is very 'nice' but Victoria is a great beauty

Whereas Mel C is just TOTALLY FUCKING HOT:

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 17 March 2003 14:54 (twenty-three years ago)

Oh my God of hormones would I like to share a sleeping bag with Jo Guest.

But Emma in that green number really set my pulse racing. If I was Hugh Hefner I'd offer her a Playboy layout as in NOW.

Calum Robert, Monday, 17 March 2003 15:31 (twenty-three years ago)

Dream big, Calum.

Tracer Hand (tracerhand), Monday, 17 March 2003 15:46 (twenty-three years ago)

Me guilty for posting two 'similar' threads so I guess I'd best ask the inevitable here instead:

OK - let's say you and not that poncey idiot had been chosen for Celebrity Streetmate -

How would you work your magic (legally)? That guy didn't seem to have a clue. He just sat there, supped his wine and said: 'Yes, chimps are kinda cool... do you come here often then?'
I reckon I'd maybe try the elephant one after a few drinks ('want to see my elephant doll?'). Betcha she'd roll about laughing at that old trick!

Calum, Monday, 17 March 2003 17:13 (twenty-three years ago)

He watches "Streetmate".

x0x0x, Monday, 17 March 2003 17:53 (twenty-three years ago)

as much as it pains me to perpetuate one of calum's pioneering threads (and thus the kingdom of political correctness did come crashing down........) i am curious to see what emma in this green dress looks like. any pics?

Ian SPACK (Ian SPACK), Monday, 17 March 2003 18:57 (twenty-three years ago)

Seriusly, (sic) I never thought of Emma as much of a shag

Clearly Calum has been thru all 5 spice girls!! Weep, Emma Bunt0rn @ thee cruelty ov Calum!!

Pashmina (Pashmina), Monday, 17 March 2003 19:07 (twenty-three years ago)

"Oh look he didn't spell check his post and spelled seriously wrong, ahahahahah"

Jeez Pashmina, your posts are not even written in plain English. What is this - phone text langu@ge?

And anyway, we'd best not talk about shagging while you're around as all acts of sex are misogynistic and LAMER etc etc. Right?

Calum, Monday, 17 March 2003 19:35 (twenty-three years ago)

No calum, that would just be, like, referring to you.

Pashmina (Pashmina), Monday, 17 March 2003 20:10 (twenty-three years ago)

Lamer, that is.

Pashmina (Pashmina), Monday, 17 March 2003 20:10 (twenty-three years ago)

And misogynistic.

Pashmina (Pashmina), Monday, 17 March 2003 20:11 (twenty-three years ago)

I'm only both of these things if you fail to understand blatant satire you sad, sad person.

Calum, Monday, 17 March 2003 22:40 (twenty-three years ago)

What is the object of your satire Calum?

Amateurist (amateurist), Monday, 17 March 2003 22:42 (twenty-three years ago)

The existential futility of the universe and its blind idiot god.

Sterling Clover (s_clover), Monday, 17 March 2003 22:46 (twenty-three years ago)

Erm... I would have thought you'd have guessed the object of my satire by now seeing as it should be obvious that a lot of the time I'm taking the piss out of myself but (phew) I'm giving up fast folks...

P.S. Sterling's last comment is funnier than anything I've written anyway.

Calum, Monday, 17 March 2003 23:01 (twenty-three years ago)

hoho russ totally figured me out. if you're so bright, how come you can't spell BUNTON and think that being a chubby girl is a crime? emma is very smart and funny, i guess some people were too dumm to get her subtle wit. i refer you to JBR's post.

di smith (lucylurex), Tuesday, 18 March 2003 00:03 (twenty-three years ago)

Wow Calum you're spot on, she really *is* sexy!

http://www.timelesstrinkets.com/FisherPrice/Images/PeopleGirlFrecklesGreen.jpg

hubba, and indeed hubba.

CharlieNo4 (Charlie), Tuesday, 18 March 2003 06:50 (twenty-three years ago)

Emma Bunton's luuurvly!

Cynical use of freckles in the video for What Took You So Long mind, but I'll still take her back!

Johnney B (Johnney B), Tuesday, 18 March 2003 09:43 (twenty-three years ago)

Di Smith -
in your hilarious post to me you pulled me up for failing to put an 'o' in Bunton (oh how I'd LOVE to put an 'o' in Bunton - but not in a sexual way. At all).

Perhaps, in your frantic haste to correct my spelling, you could possibly learn to spell 'dumm' correctly. Dumb, Dippy Di, will ALWAYS have a 'b' at the end of it.

Perhaps Emma Bunton's err... 'subtle wit' (are you really serious?!) is as subtle as your bad spelling?

Thank you.

My Mom and I were walking through Covent Garden back in February when we saw Davina, Brian? from Big Brother and Emma Bunton doing something in front of a camera? There were about 10 people gathered around, and we looked on for about 5 minutes, by which point around 80 people had gathered. Is this the Celebrity Sreet Date filming?

This was also my biggest Celebrity Spotting incident since I've been in London.

marianna, Tuesday, 18 March 2003 10:27 (twenty-three years ago)

I used to think Davina was hawt until she went on TV as a pregnoid

dave q, Tuesday, 18 March 2003 10:58 (twenty-three years ago)

yeh that was it Marianna

Davina has never done anything for me, but i'd better not say anything nasty about her less she cast an impotency spell on me or something

stevem (blueski), Tuesday, 18 March 2003 11:03 (twenty-three years ago)

The one thing that occured to me while witnessing all this was that Emma Bunton was -really- short. Davina also was shorter than I expected. And they weren't as attractive as I thought they would be in person.

marianna, Tuesday, 18 March 2003 15:10 (twenty-three years ago)

I think Davina is a bit smelly, wouldn't go near her personally, especially as her history in Z-grade shows includes a fecal programme where people had to poo in record time or something (no really) and Davina then had to examine their stools. I'm NOT kidding. That is sooo grotty.

Russ_t is exactly what happens when your dad is your mum's brother. Tragic, but I'm sure he's been ridiculed for it enough while at school.

Emma was hot, hot, hot methinks.

Calum, Tuesday, 18 March 2003 16:34 (twenty-three years ago)

Calum...

you THINK?

Really?
