Grouper - albums poll

in a recent issue of Wire, there's a blurb with quotes from Liz Harris implying that Ruins is the last Grouper album, and that the project has been completed and the name will be retired. Harris' body of work is incomparable, and I love everything she's done dearly, but Alien Observer is an easy choice for me, palliative, spiritual, the core, the heart music. Grouper

feel like her default melancholy is in tune with mine - sadness yeah but liveable sadness - same sense of being inside a bubble

'way their crept' was the one i listened most, but in the long run 'cover the windows...' is better. went with this one - 'you never came' <3
