A lot of 80s dance singles have "dub" versions as the B side, typically they're closer to just being an instrumental version than a true dub remix. Here's a couple more favourites:

As far as 80s dance singles go, aren't "instrumental versions" usually just identical to the "vocal versions" minus vocals, whereas "dub" versions tend to have different structures and more variety in the placement of musical elements? Might just be some bullshit I just made up in my head..

Imagination did a whole album of "dub" versions of their songs (Night Dubbing that is great.
