They're opening for Coheed & Cambria in May at the Congress in Chicago. I hesitate to pay $40 with fees if they're just gonna play 30 min though. I'm hoping they'll headline their own shows at smaller venues. I guess it depends on if they have an album release coming...

Supposedly they do have a new album out later this year. Man, I don't know, I'm all happy for them getting the exposure but I don't know if I could pay that much to put up with Coheed & Cambria fans for a 40 minute or less Torche set. I think I'll wait for the inevitable headlining tour after the album drops.

feel totally bad for these guys, they're a good band & this sucks, but let me reiterate as I do every time this happens: if you tour, load everything out from the car into the room your'e staying in every night. I had a longer rant but fuck a lecture, it's not the band's fault somebody robbed them but seriously touring bands, keep your unreplaceables at line-of-sight at all times. at all times, ok? thank you.

They are not. Originally out on tape (as was the 1st album demos) and now on vinyl. I assume the 1st album demos will get a vinyl release at some point.
