We're currently investigating a possible lag issue with scrobbling, which started approximately 2pm BST (30 mins ago). Scrobbles should come through, but may be slightly delayed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.— Last.fm Status (@lastfmstatus) October 6, 2023

my original account sat dormant for a long time & I switched from it to a new one in 2017 but sometimes I end up logged into the wrong one, there's a lot of Sonos-related "this didn't scrobble" stuff but the stats since 21 May 2017 say:

I hadn't looked at Last.fm in years, but had to check to see if I had still been scrobbling all this time in the background. No, apparently I stopped. Active 2006-2016; 85,057 scrobbles from 16,362.
