anyway, this song is like 90% of the way to being great and I think I've figured out what the 10% is -- there are some unfortunate things happening with the vocal production on the verses. most apparent on "some-BODy's in your way"

How in god's name did "Cry" not make it onto the album proper? (also, did we ever poll the B-sides collection of this album?)

Yeah "Cry" is the standout from Side B by far
I don't think I voted in this poll because I got on the CRJ train a little late but "Never Get to Hold You" is what I would vote for now. That song sounds like the warmest hug
